Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification before processing.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days


Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days


Remote Areas: 7–10 business days


Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

DecorTrends is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


3. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value.


COD charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)


We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible locations.


Important conditions:


COD orders may be confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch.


Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility.


Customers must ensure availability at delivery address.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:


Do not accept the package.
